Finally, in certain situations we may be required to share your information with law enforcement or government agencies in response to a subpoena, state or federal audit, or other similar circumstances.

5. Is it necessary to opt out?

By law, financial institutions may share your information unless otherwise instructed by you. Unless you opt out, we will share this information.
